QUESTIONS
What time should I arrive
at the venue?
To ensure a smooth registration process, and to allow us to start on time, kindly take note of the following arrival times:
Day 1: Registration starts at 7:00 AM
Day 2: Registration starts at 7:30 AM
For online participants: The Zoom meeting will open at 8:00AM tomorrow.
What time will the Day 2
session start?
We will start the session on time at 8:15 AM. The first session for tomorrow morning is a simultaneous session with 2 tracks, please enter the room of your chosen track during registration.
I registered as an online participant, where can I get the Zoom link?
The Zoom link will be provided to the online delegates two (2) days before the Congress, on September 10 (Tuesday), via your registered email. Please do not share the credentials of the Zoom meeting once this has been provided to you.
Please make sure to use your registered email address to access the Zoom meeting as this will be the basis for your attendance.
When can I claim my certificate?
Certificate of Participation: Participants are required to answer the post-test and evaluation form to receive their certificate of participation. This will be provided to you at the end of the Congress. The form will only be available for a specific time, after accomplishing the form, the certificate of participation will be sent to you via email in 3-5 working days.
Certificate of Appearance: For government employees (onsite participants) who need their certificate of appearance, you may request a copy on Day 2 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM from the registration booth.
Can I get access to the session materials?
The Congress organizers will not share the slides of our speakers. Session recordings will be made available in the “Session Recordings” tab.
DAY 2 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Sign your name on both September 12 and 13 attendance sheets. Please do not sign for others. Please refrain from making any erasures.
Verify the accuracy of your PRC details. This includes your name and PRC card expiry date which should be in the format of Day-Month-Year.
WORKSHOPS
Participants who chose the Quality Improvement Tools Workshop are encouraged (not required) to bring their own laptop for the session.
For online participants, you will be provided with a case from the TeamSTEPPS 3.0 Teamwork Workshop. You are expected to contribute to answering the case and submit your output through a Google form link to be provided during the workshop.
PARTICIPANT PRESENTATIONS
For oral/poster presenters and advocacy videos, instructions regarding the modality of the session for tomorrow are provided in the Congress Primer.
For oral presenters, please expect an email from the Congress organizers tonight to facilitate your sessions for tomorrow.
When and where can I claim the physical copy of the Official Receipt?
For onsite participants: Physical copies of the official receipts will continue to be available for collection tomorrow. The release of ORs will be based on the date of your payment.
If you paid or deposited from May to July 2024, your official receipts will be released during the morning break;
If you paid or deposited in the month of August 2024 your ORs will be released during lunch;
If you paid this September 2024 your ORs will be released during the afternoon break tomorrow.
You can recheck the date on the digital official receipt sent to you via email. If you don’t have a soft copy, claim your receipts during the afternoon break. We enjoin you to follow this schedule to streamline our process.
For online participants: Physical copies can be picked up at the 1st Floor Administration Office of the UP Manila College of Pharmacy (Taft Avenue Corner, Pedro Gil St., Malate, Manila), after the event. You may arrange delivery of the receipts with appropriate coordination with the Organizers after the event with the delivery cost at your own expense.
